Adam's Irish Red Ale v1
Irish Red Ale

Type: All Grain

Date: 12/22/2008

Batch Size: 5.00 gal

Brewer: Adam Ross
Boil Size: 6.00 gal Asst Brewer: Joel Stienstra
Boil Time: 60 min Equipment: Brew Pot (6+gal) and Igloo/Gott Cooler (5 Gal)
Taste Rating(out of 50): 46.0 Brewhouse Efficiency: 70.00
Taste Notes: Sweet, but not cloying. A slight drying finish. Almost too big of a body - could stand to scale down to 1055-1060 OG. Strong coffee aroma and flavor, should be reduced slightly. My favorite recipe so far.
